Modern & Traditional
Architecture

Customers are of different types. If some are looking for a reflection of their ancestral heritage and beauty, some are looking for a modern outlook for their home. A lot of customers try to research various resources available and would like to actively contribute to the design and establishment of the building. We offer a wide variety of designs and styles including houses made with traditional Thachu Shastra (the science of carpentry) and Vastu Shastra (the science of architecture and construction) with special features like Poomukham, Chuttuvaranda, Nadumuttam, Aattu Kattil, etc.

 Also, we are well equipped in building urban structures like Villas, Flats, and commercial building spaces, which mainly focus on the effective utilization of available space and having a trendy look as well.
